"This is a perfect way for kids to get a little bit of activity in their day. My nephews are young, all under 12, and they love playing with it. The bag handles the rowdiness without issue. The set included the gloves, the punching bag, and has two areas for "concentration". The bag seems to be made of a durable plastic. "My little ones love this, they couldn’t even wait for it to fill up before they started jumping and going to town on it. The included pump is kind of finicky but got the job done in under 5 minutes. I ended up using the water method and so far it’s holding up great and comes right back up after several kicks and strikes. The material is super durable I’m pretty sure it would have popped by now the way my little ones got after it but so far so good. All in all it’s a great fun way to let them burn some energy, highly recommend this."

I didn’t want him to lose all of the skills he learned but this neat little toy gives him a way to keep practicing what he has learned.
